He doesn't believe blindness is an obstacle, it just means he undertakes his services differently and more efficiently.

Vision loss awareness is a cause very close to our heart’s, as our Founder is battling a progressive eye disease while still operating a successful business. His condition has helped to support individuals with barriers in the workplace. As an equal opportunity employer, we believe that everyone has the right to work. Which is why we want to demonstrate that blindness isn’t a barrier but a gift.
Our goal is to raise funds for vision research and clinical trials that would lead to preventions, treatments, and vision restoration for the spectrum of degenerative retinal diseases, specifically retinitis pigmentosa.
