What method do you use for carpet cleaning?
We use a combination of eco-friendly, non-toxic, and odourless solutions along with the hot water extraction cleaning method - the gold standard in carpet cleaning. The 260F degree water penetrates and extracts all impurities, leaving your carpets smelling fresh, safe to crawl and sit on, and looking like new.
Do I need to vacuum before your team arrives?
It's a great idea to lightly vacuum the space that needs to be cleaned. It helps our cleaning technology penetrate through much of the stuck on stains, dirt and grime. It’s especially important if your carpets haven’t been vacuumed in a long time. We’re able to provide vacuuming at an additional charge if it's needed. Just let us know!
What do you consider as an area or room?
A room would be a living room, dining room or bedroom - and include additional areas like hallways and staircases. This keeps our pricing model easy to understand, especially if you have ongoing cleans. We also offer affordable options for all project sizes.
How long will it take to clean my carpets?
We usually average about 25 minutes per room. Of course timing can vary depending on the setup of your room, if there's a lot of furniture, the level of soiling in the carpet, and any necessary spot removal treatments.
How long does it take for my carpets to dry?
Our hot water extraction method means that drying time takes 1-2 hours at most. This will also depend on air flow to the room and the type of carpet you have. Air conditioning or heat, depending on the time of year, will also help speed up the process.
Can you guarantee all my carpet stains will be removed?
We'd love to say YES... BUT the answer is no. There are a lot of factors involved with stain removal. The nature of the stain, the type of carpet fiber, how long the stain has been there, and if there was a product used already to get the stain out. We offer a satisfaction guarantee - if the stains in your carpet aren’t removed to your satisfaction, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll come back to make things right!
